1. The makedorrstudio brand
The trade name "makedorrstudio", the M logomark, our visual identity, and all marketing materials are exclusive property of [RAZÓN SOCIAL POR DEFINIR · ver lib/legal.php] and are protected by Mexican IP law and applicable international treaties.
2. SaaS verticals
The source code, architecture, and business logic of our SaaS verticals (dental, inventory, etc.) remain property of the Provider. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for the duration of their active subscription.
3. Custom development
When the Provider develops software specifically for a Client, the intellectual property of the resulting software transfers to the Client upon full payment, with two exceptions: (a) reusable components, libraries, and helpers used across multiple Clients remain Provider-owned; (b) third-party open source dependencies keep their original licenses.
4. Source code sale
Source code sale is a separate commercial transaction, distinct from SaaS subscription. Specific conditions (scope, support, restrictions on resale or derivative use) are agreed in writing per case.
5. Client content
All operational data, content, and customizations uploaded by the Client to the Provider's platforms remain exclusive property of the Client. The Provider acts only as a processor and provides export tools at the end of the contract.
